Oil and mixed media in gallery wrapped canvas
This painting was a part a competition where i was asked to paint taking inspiration from 3 master artists .As i really admire the works of Artemisia gentelicshi ,Picasso and Basquiat i painted a self portrait combining the three styles and won the judges choice award.
Success is rarely achieved in one fell swoop. It takes multiple attempts, mistakes, and reattempts before we reach triumph. But each failure is a step forward, a lesson learned, and a chance to improve.
